Acceptance
By downloading or using EveryFirst, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
EveryFirst grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or sell the app.
Purchases & refunds
The "EveryFirst Pro" purchase (WHO growth charts, all keepsake card templates with watermark removal, support for multiple babies, sharing a baby with a partner, and exporting a baby's whole timeline as a PDF, timeline image, or spreadsheet) is available as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices and any free-trial terms are shown in the app and on the App Store product page. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple Account and renew automatically. To stop a renewal, cancel in your device's Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends; a free trial, where offered, becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Buying the lifetime purchase does not cancel an active subscription, so cancel that yourself in Settings. All billing, refund, and payment disputes are handled by Apple under the App Store's own refund policy; EveryFirst has no separate refund process.
Your content stays yours
Every record, photo, video, and measurement you create belongs to you. EveryFirst stores it on your device and, when iCloud is available, in your own private iCloud database — the developer never receives a copy.
Because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot recover anything you delete or lose locally; use Export All Data in Settings to keep your own backup (a .zip holding a JSON file plus your photos and videos), and Import Data to read it back. A baby you share with a partner works the same way on both sides: each of you keeps a copy in your own iCloud, and either of you can end the arrangement at any time — stopping a share you started removes it from your partner, leaving a share removes it from you, and in both cases the records on the other side are untouched.

This information is not medical advice, is not a diagnosis, and is not a substitute for guidance from your child's pediatrician or another qualified healthcare provider. Always consult a professional with any questions about your child's growth or development.
EveryFirst is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EveryFirst, including decisions made based on the growth charts, or lost or corrupted data.
Changes
Features may be added, changed, or removed in future versions. These terms may be updated; the current version is always posted on this page with the date it took effect.
